We offer a 5 Year Upflush Uk extended warranty and service cover and maintenance contract, on macerator units - including many existing installations fitted by other engineers. Our warranty includes for parts and labour. Also Includes a Annual service. Should a macerator with cover fail beyond repair, the contract includes for the supply and installation of a Brand new Unit at no additional cost. Practical for customers who Don't know who originally installed the unit, have moved into a property with a macerator already fitted, want predictable long term repair cover.

- As soon as you are aware something is wrong with your macerator contact us. We will advise the best course of action to take. Our engineers will resolve your issue with the first visit.
- 95% of broken Macerators can be cleaned fixed repaired and replaced during our first visit.
- We carry a stock of new units with us, so there is no need to order a new macerator then wait for the delivery and an expensive return visit.
- We will leave you with a fully working system.
- We arrange with you a convenient day and time to carry out work.
- If you are experiencing problems with your Macerator or you are concerned it may have a blockage, call us and chat to one of our friendly engineers.
- Only human waste and toilet paper should be put down the toilet when a Macerator is used. This includes toilets with and without a Macerator, foreign objects not only block Macerator pumps but also clog up the sewer systems.
- Every 3 to 6 Months to keep your macerator in good shape and smelling fresh use a descaler. You can order this from us by completing the enquiry form. We will arrange delivery of the cleaning fluid 2 x 5ltr bottles and provide instructions for use.
- We offer a 5 year Macerator Warranty and Service Cover. Unlike manufacturer warranties which often depend on who installed the unit and when it was registered. Upflush Uk offers its own 5 year warranty and service contract. Covers macerators installed by us. Also available for existing macerators installed by others. Applies to Saniflo and other leading brands. We are a one point contact for installs, repairs, servicing and support. Our warranty is engineer backed, not paperwork dependent, giving practical long term peace of mind.
Frequently Asked Questions
- How long will it take to repair my Macerator This depends on the problem or severity of a blockage, but normally can take between one to two hours to resolve. Ideally you need to add cleaning fluid or crystals to your unit at least every 3 months. We carry a stock of cleaning materials with us and can show you how to use these. We can also arrange to contact you to carry out a deep clean and service of your macerator every 12 months.
- My toilet bowl is full of water, should I do anything before you arrive? If the water level in your toilet bowl is higher than normal, do not flush the toilet or run the basin or shower before we arrive as this could overflow & cause further damage.
- My Macerator is making a buzzing noise but is not taking away the waste water? Disconnect the power supply to the Macerator. If you do not know how to do this give us a call. Do not use any of the facilities, connected to the macerator. Call us for advise.
- Water is leaking from my Macerator? Stop using your bathroom facilities, give us a call.
- What if my Macerator is irreparable? We carry a range of competitively priced replacement Macerators.
- How do I clean the macerator to keep it fresh. We recommend Annual Servicing. Plus what you can do Every 3 to 6 Months to keep your macerator in good shape and smelling fresh is to use a descale product. You can order this from us by completing the enquiry form. We will arrange delivery of the cleaning fluid 2 x 5ltr bottles and provide instructions for use.
- Are there any Extra Hidden Costs No we will always provide you with a firm price quotation on receipt of your enquiry and will generally get back to you the same day or within a few hours. Therefore before we visit you will know the actual cost to Service, Repair or Renew your macerator unit, so there are no unexpected call out fees or cost surprises.
